Las Vegas, Nevada, Wednesday, March 28, 2007 –Tyco Fire & security has embarked on an exciting new revolution with the launch of an innovative advanced GSM alarm communicator, the DSC Home powered by Life|Ware Solution and new wireless products that enhance the security of your home or office.

These and other new products will be unveiled at the DSC booth #25001 at the ISC West show in Las Vegas, Nevada, along with product presentations, seminars and so much more.

New products and solutions being launched at the show include:

ADVANCED GSM ALARM COMMUNICATOR & DIGITAL SERVICE: The GS3055-I provides customers with an opportunity to boost 2007 installation revenue as well as recurring revenue. Representing the evolution of alarm communications, the GS3055-I uses the GPRS data channel of the GSM network to ensure low-cost, faster and more reliable alarm communications. The GS3055-I can serve as an effective primary or backup alarm communicator.

It also provides an exceptional, dependable solution for installations that have converted to Voice over IP (VoIP). By February 2008, numerous customers are facing unsupported analog alarm communications as per a ruling by the U.S.

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regarding existing cellular AMPS. DSC offers a dependable solution via the launch of the GS3055-I.

CONNECT 24 is the digital service provider for the GS3055-I and offers competitive rate plans for the service.

DSC HOME POWERED BY LifeIWare: DSC introduces tomorrow’s home today with the DSC Home powered by LifeIWare solution. The DSC Home solution features the IT-120 WSD integration module and LifeIWare software, bringing together home security, home automation, and home entertainment — all controlled in the living room via the TV screen, digital entertainment center and TV remote control.

MAKING WAVES WITH WIRELESS: New detectors, sensors, contacts and kits make DSC wireless the most comprehensive and capable line-up on the airwaves. Installation times are decreased significantly with DSC’s superior quality.
